Global Practice Manager

As a Global Practice Manager for a renowned consulting firm in Brussels, you will be at the core of global practices, collaborating directly with Managing Partners and practice leaders to structure operations, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of global teams while reporting directly to Managing Partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with practice leaders to align strategic objectives with the organization's global ambitions.
• Conduct market analyses, evaluate competition, and identify strategic opportunities.
• Monitor individual and collective practice performance, propose action plans, and ensure their implementation.

• Standardize and professionalize internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Organize strategic meetings with practice leaders and support functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT).
• Oversee the management of opportunity pipelines and coordinate key client management platforms.

• Centralize and structure strategic resources for the practice (databases, case studies, tools).
• Organize and lead knowledge-sharing sessions (webinars, workshops) to strengthen internal collaboration.
• Ensure the maintenance of knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Teams) for optimal accessibility of information.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of an integrated marketing plan for the practice.
• Represent and promote the organization at conferences, events, and in key publications.
• Conduct regular competitive intelligence to maintain a strategic advantage in the market.

• Prepare and analyze periodic reports (revenue, KPIs, resource utilization) to provide decision-making insights to practice leaders.
• Develop tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy for strategic decision-making.

Your Ideal Profile:

• Education: Degree in management, business, or related fields (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Experience: Strong background in a strategic or operational role, ideally within a consulting firm or a similar environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Personal Qualities:
